Dear Friends and Colleagues,

It is an honor to be entrusted to organize this prestigious Third Australasia and South-East Asia Structural Engineering and Construction Conference (ASEA-SEC-3) by the International Structural Engineering and Construction Society (ISEC).

On behalf of my Co-Chair, Prof. Ng Chee Khoon and the members of Local Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to participate in the ASEA-SEC-3 in 2016 with the theme of “Integrated Solutions for Infrastructure Development”.

ASEA-SEC-3 in 2016 will be held in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia from 31st October to 4th November 2016. This conference is organized by Curtin University Sarawak Malaysia and co-organized by University Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS). The conference proceedings will be Scopus indexed.

ASEA-SEC-3 will be expecting more than 200 contributions from round the world, bringing forth the latest technology and research on Structural Engineering and Construction Engineering. Keynote speakers are eminent researchers in their respective fields. The topics will be covered in the 2 plenary sessions and 16 technical sessions includes Infrastructure, Structures, Coastal Engineering, Energy, Construction, Construction Safety, Sustainability, Architecture & Architectural Engineering, Facilities and asset management, Geotechnical and foundation engineering, Cost and project management, Housing, Education & professional ethics, Law and dispute resolution, Materials, Policies for national development, Procurement, Quality, Risk analysis and disaster management, air and water.
