Dear Colleagues and Friends and Interested Participants:

It is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 4th Australia and South East Asia Conference in Structural Engineering and Construction. This prestigious event is being hosted by the University of Southern Queensland in the beautiful city of Brisbane; December 3-5, 2018.

Brisbane is the third most populous city in Australia after Sydney and Melbourne, and was voted as one of the top ten most beautiful cities in the world in 2015. Brisbane is a major tourism attraction owing to its beautiful parks and nature. It lays by the Moreton Bay and is developed along the famous Brisbane River. The City is rich is European architecture and offers world class art galleries, museums, and hosts major musical events -- both contemporary and classical.

ASEA-SEC-4 will prove to be a wonderful conference with top researchers and scholars from many parts of the world presenting their latest research findings. Similar to the previous ASEA-SEC Conferences, the abstracts and manuscripts will be peer reviewed and those accepted will be published in the conference proceedings.

We look forward to seeing and meeting you in Brisbane in 2018. The local organizing committee is planning outstanding programs that include tours in and around Brisbane. The breathtaking gardens and planetariums, and surroundings of the city will prove to make this a memorable event to all participants.
