Dear All,

I wish to invite you to visit Sydney in New South Wales, Australia, in 2022, to participate in the 6th Australasia and South-East Asia Structural Engineering and Construction Conference, ASEA-SEC-6.

The year 2022 will mark the 10-year anniversary of ASEA-SEC conference series organised by ISEC. The inaugural ASEA-SEC conference, which was held in 2012, was hosted by the local organising team at Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia, with me as the Conference Chair. I was honoured to receive overwhelming responses from many participants around the world. I am fortunate to be chairing ASEA-SEC-6 in the beautiful city of Sydney, hosted by Macquarie University.

Sydney is the capital of New South Wales, Australia, and is best known for its harbourfront Sydney Opera House, Harbour Bridge, and Darling Harbour. The Circular Quay port are hubs of waterside life and esteemed Royal Botanic Garden nearby. Sydney Tower’s outdoor platform, the Skywalk, offers 360-degree views of the city and suburbs. Snowing in June/July and summer in December/January, Australia will offer a unique experience in many aspects of indoor and outdoor lifestyles – the Australia’s way.
