Dear Colleagues and Friends,

It is the 20th year since the inception of ISEC Society’s conferences in Honolulu, and it is our distinct pleasure and privilege to invite you to participate in the 10th Structural Engineering and Construction Conference (ISEC-10) in May 2019, hosted by the University of Illinois, Chicago. The magnificent city of Chicago has been the center of structural and architectural innovations for more than a century, and it is of particular interest to note the Integration theme of the ISEC-10 conference along this background.

Many internationally recognized scholars and outstanding researchers from leading universities are expected to participate in this highly prestigious event presenting the latest research ideas and findings. Similar to the previous conferences, the abstracts and manuscripts will be peer reviewed and those accepted will be published in the conference proceedings, with Scopus indexing.

In addition, the local committee of the conference is organizing wonderful cultural and technical tours in and around the city of Chicago. Located at Lake Michigan and the other Great lakes at the US Mid-West, Chicago is rich in art, cultural, and science museums and galleries. Chicago is the third-most populous metropolitan city in the United States, and a hub for finance, industry, technology, and transportation.
