Technical Tours & Dinner Banquet Registration

I. TECHNICAL TOUR REGISTRATION

The registration fee covers one technical tour ticket. An extra ticket may also be purchased upon registration, but purchases are limited to one additional ticket per registrant. The tour is scheduled for the afternoon of November 30. Upon registering, please choose your preferred tour. Please select one of the following tours. Each tour is registered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Tour 1: Perth City Link Project by Public Transport Authority of Western Australia.

This tour is limited to 40 visitors. Safety induction and personal protective equipment (PPE) are required onsite. PPE will be provided by Curtin for use onsite, but visitors are required to come with safety shoes.

This is an opportunity to see the development of a new version of Perth!

Tour 2: Heritage Bridge Tour by Western Australia Branch Engineering Heritage Panel, Engineers Australia.

This is an ideal opportunity to enjoy Perth on-route to Fremantle. The tour takes you to a number of the very first major bridges which are now the main carriers between the North and South of the Swan River. You will enjoy the beautiful scenery and at the same time be enriched by the technical information on the design and construction of the bridges, which will be provided by the people who built them in the 1970s and 80s.

Bridges to be visited are Narrows Bridge, Canning Bridge, Mt. Henry Bridge, and Fremantle Bridge.

Details of the program may be subject to change to match the tour schedule. Limit to 40 persons per bus; multiple buses can be arranged.

Tour 3: Fiona Stanley Hospital

Fiona Stanley Hospital is a flagship health facility for Western Australia. The project is worth $2 billion, designed and built by Brookfield Multiplex. More information can be found in

Limit to 20 persons per bus; multiple buses can be arranged.


All tour programs may be changed subject to the suitability of the schedule.


II. DINNER BANQUET REGISTRATION

The dinner banquet is free to all registered attendees. But, for those who wish to attend the dinner banquet, registering for the dinner banquet is compulsory. Without registering in the Dinner Banquet Registration form, entry to the dinner banquet will not be allowed. Kindly also mark if you want a vegetarian meal. The non-vegetarian meal will be chicken or fish.
