Regular, student and exhibitor registrations for on-site attendance include conference lunch, coffee breaks, and open-access conference proceedings. The technical and cultural tour registration is extra for all registrants.

 

All students will be required to show a valid student ID at the conference registration desk.

 

Accompanying person (A/P) registration includes lunches, coffee breaks, reception, and A/P tours during the main conference (if there are ≥ 3 participants).

 

Authors (including co-authors) may submit up to TWO manuscripts for one registration fee; for each additional manuscript published an additional fee must be paid.

August 20, 2020: In addition, the following are newly introduced terms for Regular Registration, Student Registration, and our new product, ‘Online Participant Registration.’

 

Regular Registration and Student Registration

·       On-site attendance or virtual attendance for one registrant

·       Up to TWO co-authors / post-graduate students as  FREE online participants / observers

·       Entrance into any Technical Session room

·       Certificates of Participation for the registrant author and participating co-author(s)

·       Presentation is considered towards the Best Presentation Awards in each session

·       Ability for earlier registrants to add up to two additional co-authors as online participants.

 

Online Participant Registration

·       Online Participant (virtual attendance)

·       Up to ONE co-author / post-graduate student as FREE online participant / observer

·       Entrance into any Technical Session virtual room

·       Certificates of Participation for the registrant author and participating co-author

·       Presentation is considered towards the Best Presentation Awards in each session.

 

Publishing without Attending (PWA)

The PWA rates are revised upwards to encourage participants to sign up for Online Participant registration.  The registration of earlier registrants at the lower fee will still be respected.

 

Notes:

1.      Please email isecsociety.am@gmail.com the names of your co-authors / students who will be participating online so that they can be allowed entrance into the virtual rooms.

2.      The Zoom address shall be intimated to all attendees before the conference.

 

 

Return/Refund Policy

No returns/refunds after 19 September 2020.

There will be no refund for Publishing without Attending.

 

Payment Instructions

You can pay online using the Registration Options below, which will take you to the PayPal site. Paypal is operational in most, but not all, countries of the world. Should you be unable to find your country in the pull-down menus below, you may pay your registration fee by sending a bank draft or cashier's check, made payable to ISEC SOCIETY and drawn on a bank in the USA, to the following address:

Should you wish to pay by wire transfer, please first contact the ISEC Secretariat at isec.sec@gmail.com for arrangements.

Payment may be made by international money order or travelers cheques made payable to ISEC Society. Payment may also be made using Western Union. Kindly contact ISEC staff if you wish to use these options.

If you have submitted a manuscript for the conference, please be sure to enter all your manuscript number(s) and attendee's name in the registration form.

 

Payment Receipts

Print your receipt through Paypal after you have made payment and receive a confirmation message on your screen.

You will also receive a receipt to your email. 

Please keep the above two documents as proof of payment. In the interest of paper-less management and improved efficiency, ISEC Society will not issue additional receipts except under extenuating and extraordinary circumstances.
