Notes:

¹On-site exhibitors recieve a presentation space of 4 meters x 2 meters, one table 1.4 meters x 0.6 meters, two chairs, two presentation charts 1.5 meters x 1.5 meters, electrical power supply with multiple plugs, conference wi-fi, as well as free access to the conference for two people including coffee breaks and lunches. The Evening Welcome Reception, Dinner Banquet, Technical Tour, and Cultural Tours are extra and have to be paid for.

²Conference package includes registration, dinner banquet, and welcome reception.

³LATAM country is defined as any country in South or Central America.

⁴Accompanying person (A/P) registration includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and A/P tours during the main conference (if held). A/Ps mean only spouses, living partners, children, parents, friends, and close relatives. Any author/co-author is NOT considered an A/P.

⁵The student scholarship is a donation that goes towards funding scholarships for engineering students.

Regular and student registrations include conference lunch, coffee breaks, and open-access conference proceedings. The technical and cultural tour registration is extra for all registrants.

All students will be required to show a valid student ID at the conference registration desk.

Authors (including co-authors) may submit up to TWO manuscripts for one registration fee; for each additional manuscript published an additional fee must be paid.

Service fee of 3.3% shall be added for all products purchased.

Return/Refund Policy and Schedule

Return/refund request received by December 15, 2025: 75% less PayPal/bank fees and $25 admin and processing charges

Return/refund request received by January 15, 2026: 50% less PayPal/bank fees and $25 admin and processing charges

Return/refund request received by February 15, 2026: 25% less PayPal/bank fees and $25 admin and processing charges

No returns/refunds after February 15, 2026.

Those requesting a 75% refund will not have their manuscript published.

There will be no refund for Publishing without Attending.

The Regular and Student Registrations cannot be changed to Publishing without Attending.

Payment Instructions

You can pay online using the Registration Products below. After entering your details, you’ll be prompted to choose between logging in as a returning customer or starting a Guest Account. If you have a PayPal account, simply log in; if not, select “Guest Account” to proceed. You will then be redirected to PayPal’s site to enter your credit-card information.

PayPal is available in most—but not all—countries. If your country does not appear in the dropdown menu, you shall need to pay by a bank wire transfer, U.S. bank draft / cashier’s check made payable to ISEC SOCIETY, or by Western Union. The bank draft / cashier’s check should be mailed to:

Should you wish to pay by wire transfer, please first contact the ISEC Secretariat at isec.sec@gmail.com for arrangements.

Payment may also be made by international money order, Western Union, or Bank drafts and traveler cheques made payable to ISEC Society. Kindly contact the ISEC staff if you wish to use these options.

If you have submitted a manuscript for the conference, please be sure to enter all your manuscript number(s) and attendee's name in the registration form.

Invoice Generation

If you require a Proforma Invoice, you can generate one here. Since ISEC expects you to use this module for generating an invoice -- there is no need to contact isec.sec@gmail.com.

Payment Receipts

Print your receipt through Paypal after you have made payment and receive a confirmation message on your screen.

You will also receive a receipt to your email.

Please keep the above two documents as proof of payment. In the interest of paperless management and improved efficiency, ISEC Society will not issue additional receipts except under extenuating and extraordinary circumstances.

Please take this page in lieu of a pro-forma invoice to submit to your accounting office or organization; ISEC Society does not provide individual invoices.
